How Dare You 2 – Pentecost

May 12, 2016

Hosea 2:13-17 – “I will punish her for the feast days of the other gods, and take their names out of her mouth.” (paraphrase)

Many will celebrate Pentecost according to the Gregorian Calendar this year on Sunday, May 15th, 2016 and continue to claim that this is the “Christian” thing to do. Once again, I’ll be blunt – How Dare You celebrate this day as one of Yahweh’s moedim and continue to call yourself a follower of Yeshua, a “Christian”.

Conformity
Romans 12:2 – “Do not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is the good, and acceptable and perfect will of Yahweh.”
Psalm 4:3 – “But know that Yahweh has set apart for himself those who are godly . . .”

Do not be fooled. I will be even more blunt – you cannot be conformed to the patterns of this world, you cannot partake in the satanically inspired pagan rituals that have been brought into the church, and still be holy, be set apart, be different from the non-believing masses. Doing so makes you a hypocrite, a whitewashed tomb (Matthew 23:27), and your witness has become tainted, corrupt, and ineffective. It is impossible for you to bring glory to our Lord and Savior. How Dare You celebrate Yahweh’s Moedim according to the Gregorian/Julian calendar that melded pagan rituals with the church and continue to call yourself a follower of Yeshua, a “Christian”. Instead, be transformed, renew your mind, do that which is good and acceptable and perfect so that your witness will bring glory to Yahweh, Yeshua, and the Ruach Ha’Kodesh!

Appropriate Response
Leviticus 23:15-16 – “You shall count for yourselves — from the day after the Shabbat, from the day when you bring the Omer of the waving — seven Shabbats, they shall be complete. Until the day after the seventh sabbath you shall count, fifty days…”

Pentecost, or more appropriately, Shavuot, is on Sunday, June 12th, 2016 this year. Celebrating this feast on Sunday, May 15, 2016 once again puts the celebration 30 days ahead of the Moedim Calendar date. You will do well to get back on Yahweh’s calendar as set forth in his scriptures.

Conclusions
Judges 17:6 – “. . . every man did that which was right in his own eyes.” Repeated in Judges 21:25.

Following the Gregorian calendar, introduced it in February 1582 by Pope Gregory XIII, causes many of Yahweh’s Moedim to be celebrated at very inappropriate times. If you continue to celebrate feast days according to a pagan calendar, you do what is right in your own eyes. How Dare You do so and continue to call yourself a follower of Yeshua, a “Christian”. Be transformed, renew your mind, do that which is good and acceptable and perfect so that your witness will bring glory to Yahweh, Yeshua, and the Ruach Ha’Kodesh!

  1. Amen, Jeff. We are living in Laodicean times for sure. I look forward to your upcoming posts!

  2. Hi Dave,
You are very correct — the “How Dare You” series is intentionally harsh. As a watchman on the wall, it sometimes takes a deliberate hard-boiled intervention to get some folk’s attention.
Beginning next week on May 19th, and then again on June 16th, on July 07th, and also on August 04th I will be posting a series called “It’s About Following Yahweh“. In this new series I will deal with the following topics:
Antichrist, Changing Times, Changing Seasons, Constantine, Days and Months, Divine Appointments, Family, Forced Conversion, Gregorian Calendar, Mistaken Perceptions, Moedim, Pagan Holidays, Pagan Practices, Reality, Sabbath, Shadows, and the Passover Lamb.
Yehsua commands us not to be deceived, but the church is deceiving many. Hopefully the “harshness” of the “How Dare You” series will be a wake up call for many to this evil deception.
    God Bless,
    Jeff VH

  3. Hi Jeff,

A bit harsh on this one. Many true believers in the Lord just aren’t familiar with the calendar errors. Most have been taught that the way the world celebrates these days are the correct way.

We are getting so close to the Lord’s return, brother. Watching with you I am.

    Dave
