In A World of Hurt

The world is in a precarious place.  So many things are happening so fast that it is hard to keep up with it all.  Below are listed some of these things that tell me time is short, and that the Rapture and Tribulation Period are quickly approaching:

The Rise of Islam and Islamo-Facism: The friends of the Muslim Brotherhood are starting to line up with Obama in the lead.  There have been burned churches in Egypt, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Nigeria, Tanzania, and mob attacks on Iraqi Christians and their businesses.

Laodicean Church Rises: Christians will either stand upon the literal, truthful Word of the Bible, or bow to the secular worldview.  John McTernan says:  “It seems the more America mocks God by promoting abortion and homosexuality along with Obama attempts to divide Israel, the more the church becomes unconcerned. There is just a remnant that is standing for the LORD against this tsunami of sin. The Laodicean church has a powerful influence over America.”

Financial Meltdown: Debt reigns supreme in Greece, Italy, Ireland, and Portugal. Standard & Poor’s lowered Belgium’s credit rating from AA+ to AA, and the U.S. credit rating from  triple-A to AA+. Japan lost its triple rating, and the credit ratings of the European Union and some of the region’s largest banks may also be lowered in the coming weeks and months.  Ten or more states in the US are facing financial deficits or bankruptcy in one or more financial sectors.

Earthquakes: So far this year, we have seen 181 magnitude 6.0 to 6.9 earthquakes, eighteen magnitude 7.0 to 8.9 earthquakes, and one magnitude 9.0 to 9.9 earthquakes that have been reported in diverse places in 2011. The nineteen 7.0 and larger earthquakes were in: Japan, The Kermadic Islands, Fiji, Vanuatu, Peru, and Alaska.  The latest 7.1 magnitude earthquake just hit Papua New Guinea today, December 14, 2011.  Just in January there were four 7.0 & larger earthquakes in: Pakistan, Loyalty Islands, Chile, and Argentina.
